1. Refund Eligibility
Latbridge offers refunds for certain subscription plans within specific timeframes. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You must not have exceeded 50% usage of your subscription benefits (e.g., property listings, leads, AI features)
- Your account must not be in violation of our Terms of Service
- Refunds are only available for first-time subscriptions, not renewals
2. Eligible Plans
The following subscription plans are eligible for refunds:
- Starter Plan - 14-day money-back guarantee
- Professional Plan - 14-day money-back guarantee
- Enterprise Plan - Custom refund terms (contact support)
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Add-on features purchased separately
- One-time setup fees or consulting services
- Subscriptions that have been renewed
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Usage-based charges (e.g., API usage beyond plan limits)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Latbridge account
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Request Refund" and provide a brief reason for cancellation
- Alternatively, email us at support@latbridge.com with your account details
- Our support team will review your request within 2-3 business days
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Your subscription will be cancelled immediately upon refund approval
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- If you've used services beyond the 50% threshold but within the refund period
- For mid-cycle cancellation of annual plans
- When technical issues prevented you from using the platform
Partial refund amounts will be calculated based on usage and remaining subscription time.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Deny future refund requests
- Pursue recovery of disputed amounts
We strongly encourage contacting our support team first to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback.
8. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Cancellations will:
- Stop automatic renewal at the end of your billing period
- Allow continued access until your current period expires
- Not provide a refund unless you're within the refund eligibility period
